Warranty

All Intellistage equipment has a full 2 year warranty.

Should a piece of equipment require work under warranty the item in question will be picked up for assessment followed by either a repair or replacement then the item returned to you - all at no cost to you*. If an urgent problem arises we will send a replacement immediatly to ensure you are not inconvenienced.

This will all be arranged by us and the warranty work performed by the manufacture concerned.

Please state the item, the fault and the date you made the purchased.

* Unless the fault is found to be caused by improper use
