1. How long is delivery ?

A. Please see particular product web pages for details. Generally our packages with 1m x 1m platforms take 2 - 3 days. Our packages with 2m x 1m platforms approximately 7 days. You can contact us anytime to check on the delivery status of your item as we understand how important an efficient home delivery service is to our customers. If for any reason there is a delay we always do our best to contact you by e-mail or telephone.

2. Can I track my order ?

3. Do your prices include VAT and Delivery ?

A. Our site diaplays prices with and without VAT but include Delivery to UK mainland excepting some area of the scottish highlands.

4. How do I contact you in the event of a problem ?

5. What is your returns policy ?

A. If you wish to return your goods please do so within 7 days ensuring they are in original condition, undamaged, unopened and completly unused. Before returning and item please contact us for a returns number and returns address before sending anything. For more details see our terms and conditions.

6. How long are the goods on your site guaranteed for ?

A. All Intellistages are guaranteed for 2 years. All other items on this site are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months.

7. What happens if you are out of stock after I have ordered ?

A. We only debit your credit/debit card once stock is confirmed. If there is a stock issue we will contact
you as soon as possible giving you the option to cancel.

8. Can I place an order via the telephone and can I pay on an invoice?

A. Yes - we are happy to take orders via the telephone and offer invoice payment to credit worthy institutions.
